Put in an ice chest or freezer to keep as cold as possible. Get here as soon as you can. Don't let the cape get too hot or the hair might come out. Do not let skulls for European mounts sit out and get warm, or they will rot and smell and might not be accepted.
Small animals should be frozen, not gutted. Just bring them in WHOLE and we'll do the rest.
